Have your say at Transport for London’s Youth Participation Day

Aged 13 to 25? Live in London or use London transport regularly? Have your say on Transport for London’s work at the annual Youth Participation Day on Saturday 17 November.

You’ll get your voice heard through fun and interactive workshops and the opportunity to share your experiences directly with Transport for London (TfL).

The day, which runs from 9am to 5pm, will be led by young people from TfL’s Youth Panel. The Panel are a group of young people who meet regularly to give their views on TfL initiatives and campaigns. Throughout the day you’ll get the chance to find out more about what they do and how you can get involved.

The event is being hosted by the London Transport Museum in the heart of Covent Garden. As well as getting involved in the Youth Participation Day, you’ll also get the chance to see the museum’s vintage vehicles, iconic posters and latest exhibitions for free.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day.

TfL can also provide a Tube, DLR and London Overground travelcard for the day if required. Please note that you must register for this event by Friday 12 October to receive a travelcard (to allow enough time for the order to be processed and the travelcard sent to the address provided).

Registration for this event closes on Sunday 11 November. If you have any questions please contact Helen Deakin at TfL by emailing HelenDeakin@tfl.gov.uk or call 020 7126 2968.
