Self Harm You Are…

You give me a release,

You bring me back to reality,

When the pain over inside is overwhelming you give me comfort,

 

But with all your supposed help you make feel,

Stupid,

Ashamed,

Guilty,

Desperate,

 

Although you take the pain away,

You’re not worth it,

I will not let you control me forever,

I know one day I will beat you.
